For wedding photography and videography, we recommend booking 9-12 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (May-October). For other events, 3-6 months is typically sufficient. However, we occasionally have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is approaching soon.

We have a network of professional photographers and videographers who can step in if there's an emergency. Your contract includes a guarantee that a qualified professional will be there to document your day, no matter what. We also carry backup equipment for all shoots to ensure technical issues don't impact your coverage.

You'll receive your edited photos within 4-6 weeks through a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution images and share them with family and friends. For wedding videos, highlight films are typically delivered within 8-10 weeks. We also provide a sneak peek of select images within 1 week after your event so you can share them right away!

We include travel within a 50-mile radius of our studio in our standard packages. For locations beyond that, there's a modest travel fee to cover transportation and accommodation if needed. For destination weddings and events, we offer special packages that include all travel expenses - just ask for details!

Many of our clients initially feel camera-shy! Our approach focuses on creating a relaxed environment where you can be yourself. We provide gentle direction rather than stiff posing, and we find that the engagement session is a great opportunity to get comfortable before the wedding day. Our goal is to capture genuine moments and emotions, not forced poses.

Absolutely! We bring multiple professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and memory cards to every shoot. Our photographers always have backup gear on hand, and we use dual-card recording to ensure no images are lost. We take the responsibility of capturing your irreplaceable moments very seriously.
